- Our large chocolate bars come in several flavors, including Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate (55% Cocoa Solids), White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate with Roasted Almonds, Milk Chocolate Gianduja (creamy hazelnut chocolate filling), Praline (crunchy hazelnut chocolate filling), and in extra dark chocolates in the following percentages: 66%, 77%, 88%, and 99%. The extra darks correspond loosely to the following designations: 66% = Semi-Sweet, 77% and 88% are Bittersweet, and 99% is unsweetened Chocolate. Large bars contain 100 grams of chocolate (3.5 Oz.).
